Intermediate aerial hoop April block

Service Description

These classes are for adults, although we do accept those from 16 years and up. Aerial hoop is great for building strength, confidence, flexibility and is loads of fun! Some experience is necessary, including of top bar moves, if you are a total beginner we have a class at 6.30pm just before this one for beginners, classes will be led by Joe (aka Penny Farthing) an aerial and hula hoop performer and teacher, with first aid and around 7 years experience of aerial hoop. If you aren't sure what level you are then please reach out and ask us what we think before booking. You should come to classes wearing suitable clothes for exercising in and nothing too baggy that can get caught in apparatus. Jewellery should be avoided (earrings are fine) and you should bring a drink of water with you. These classes are booked in Monthly blocks, so this is for April, starting on 9th April and running for 4 sessions this month, each on a Tuesday at 7.30pm. The studio can be hard to find and the post code doesn't always get you there, so come to Sawston Trade Park and turn right as you come into the car park, drive through to the next car park, going over a small bridge with two low walls. Turn to the left and Bridge Fitness is the single storey building in front of you to the left. Park in that car park and walk around the building to the left hand side, where you will find the entrance. If you get lost ring me on 07742353163!

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately as I have to give venues at least 48 hours notice in order to cancel I need to apply the same to those booking onto classes. Adult classes can also have the alternative of being sent the recording of the online class though if they are unable to attend at short notice.
